How do I place an order?
Choose from one of the following methods:

  • Online
    The complete UNICEF Canada's Corporate Collection is available online.

  • By Phone
    855 317 6073. We are ready for your call Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

  • By Fax
    800 268 3442 (please do not send artwork via fax.)

  • By Mail
    Complete the order form found in the center of any UNICEF catalogue and mail to:

How can I pay?
Choose from one of the following methods:
  • Credit Card
    We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
  • Pay via Purchase Order
    Established UNICEF customers with a good credit record can be billed on open account. Call our Supporter Relations Representatives at 855 317 6073 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. to be billed.


What are the payment terms?
Payment is due upon receipt of merchandise.

Can I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order after it has been processed please call our Supporter Relations Representatives at 855 317 6073 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. as soon as possible.

Please note that we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the printing process.

How do I know if the product I want is available?
All items available on-line are currently in stock. From time to time we run out of stock, and those products are removed from our website. If you are concerned about an item in particular, or do not see an item listed that you are looking for please call our Supporter Relations Representatives at 855 317 6073 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. and we will be happy to check on the status of the item or suggest a similar item.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?
We are ready to help if you have questions about your order. You can submit your questions via e-mail to cs@unicefcards.ca and a Supporter Relations Representative will respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday only). Alternately, you can call toll free at 855 317 6073 to speak to a Supporter Relations Representative immediately, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

If my order does not satisfy my needs, what do I do?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, just call us toll free at 855 317 6073 or send an email message to cs@unicefcards.ca. We'll gladly give you a full refund, credit, or replacement order.

The web site is slow in processing my order. What should I do?
We constantly benchmark our site for performance. You are welcome to phone in your order to our Supporter Relations Representatives at 855 317 6073 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST., fax your order to 800 268-3442 or try back in a few minutes.

SHIPPING

How will my order be delivered and when will I receive my order?
On most orders, allow three working days after we receive your order for personalization, plus ground Purolator standard delivery time. For custom verses, logos, and/or foil personalization, please allow an additional 5 to 7 working days after approval, plus delivery time.

How much will my shipping and processing cost?
The following shipping and processing charges apply to orders prepaid by credit card:
• GROUND - charges based on order value:
  $0 to $124.99 - Add $13.95
  Over $125.00 - Add 8% + $3.95 processing
 
• Air Freight - additional charges apply

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders where applicable. Canadian residents are responsible for all duties, taxes and/or carrier charges.
All charges are subject to a fuel surcharge and/or delivery area surcharge.

Shipping and processing charges are designed to compensate the seller for its shipping costs and help offset the costs for receiving and processing orders, maintaining inventory and related warehousing costs.

Can you ship to an international address?
At this time we are unable to complete this type of transaction through www.unicefcards.ca. Please contact a Supporter Relations Representative at 855 317 6073 to discuss your international shipping needs.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

PERSONALIZATION

Can I write my own verse?
Yes, you can! Type your verse, up to eight lines, in the space provided for the custom verse. Custom verse in ink is $30 or foil is $50. Allow 5-7 extra working days for custom options.

How can I apply accent marks to my wording?
Referencing the list below, type the characters found next to the accent command you would like to apply. For example:

What if I want to have my address imprinted on my envelopes?
Envelopes may be personalized with your name and address up to 3 lines. They will be printed in ink or foil to match your card verse and personalization. Addressing in ink is a $17.50 set-up plus $0.14 per envelope and addressing in foil is a $17.50 set-up plus $.17 per envelope.

What if I want more than one line of imprint on the card?
2 Lines of imprint are included in the price of the card. Extra lines are available for an additional charge of $4.00 per line per order.

Can I make my card imprint larger?
Standard imprinting is 12 pt. Baskerville; larger sizes are available. There is an additional charge of $45.00 for this service. Please contact us at cs@unicefcards.ca or by phone at 855 317 6073, and one of our highly trained reps will be more than happy to assist you.

Can I change the font (typestyle) of my imprint?
Baskerville is our standard font, but may be changed for an additional charge of $45.00. We have a large library of fonts from which to choose. Please contact us at cs@unicefcards.ca or by phone at 855 317 6073, and one of our highly trained reps will be more than happy to assist you.

Can I change the font (typestyle) of my verse?
Other fonts are available for most verses for an additional charge of $45.00. Please contact us at cs@unicefcards.ca or by phone at 855 317 6073, and one of our highly trained reps will be more than happy to assist you.

What if I want my verse in one colour and my imprint in another?
This customization is available. Please contact us at cs@unicefcards.ca or by phone at 855 317 6073, and we will prepare a quotation.

Can my logo be reproduced on the cards?
Yes, your own company artwork (or trademark) can be printed in one colour for a charge of $30 in ink and $50 in foil.

Can signatures be reproduced on the cards?
Yes, you can add your signature to your card on the website. The charge is $30 in ink and $50 in foil when printed in the same colour as the verse. Please contact us at cs@unicefcards.ca or by phone at 855 317 6073, and one of our highly trained reps will be more than happy to assist you.

Can you store my personal information so that I don't have to re-key my information when placing an order?
Register with www.unicefcards.ca and we can store your information in the My Account section on our secure server to save you time during checkout. To make changes to this information please call our Supporter Relations Representatives at 855 317 6073 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. or send us an e-mail at cs@unicefcards.ca with the subject line "Address Update".

I forgot my password/How do I change my password?
If you have forgotten the password you chose when registering with this site you can retrieve it by going to "Sign In" from www.unicefcards.ca, and clicking on the "Forget your Password?" link. It will be e-mailed to the address you used to register your account. Should you no longer have access to that e-mail account or cannot remember which account you used please call a Supporter Relations Representative toll-free at 855 317 6073 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST and they can reset your account for you. How do I opt-in/opt-out of e-mail updates?
Simply call a Supporter Relations Representative at 855 317 6073 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

How do I remove myself from the mailing list?

How will my E-Card be billed?
Your credit card will be billed upon delivery of your E-Card.

Can I change the duration of the E-card?
All E-Cards come as is, duration cannot be modified. (ie, 30 second E-Cards cannot be changed to 25 seconds)

Can I change the images/text of the E-card?
All Classic E-Cards are as shown and cannot be modified. Deluxe E-Cards can be modified to meet most needs. Please see the Deluxe E-Card page for more information.

Can I cancel my E-card after purchase?
A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed to any E-Card order that is cancelled. E-cards must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to scheduled launch date.

Can I add email addresses to my E-card order after I've submitted my order?
We realize that after you place your E-Card order, you may have additional email addresses that you need added to your delivery file. In most cases, this is possible. To add email addresses, please call 1-855-317-6073.
